1. Free Listing Policy: All business listings in the Directory are offered free of charge for the first year. This promotion is valid for all new listings submitted and approved within the designated promotional period. After the initial free year, we may introduce subscription fees or other charges, subject to prior notice.
2. Vendor Claiming and Maintenance of Listings: Vendors listed in the Directory may claim their listings to update, maintain, or enhance their profiles. Claiming a listing requires verification of ownership or authority over the business. Once a listing is claimed, the vendor assumes full responsibility for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on their profile.
3. Manual Approval of Listings: To ensure quality and relevance, all submitted listings will undergo a manual review and approval process. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or request modifications to any listing to meet our standards. Listings that do not meet our criteria may be rejected at our sole discretion.
4. Quote Requests and Installer Matching: Quote requests submitted through the website will be forwarded to installers in the relevant area. This matching process is based on factors such as geographical proximity and client ratings. During the initial 180-day free listing period, leads will be provided free of charge. After this period, leads will be available for R15 each. While we strive to provide accurate and relevant matches, we do not guarantee the suitability or quality of the installers.
5. Vendor and User Responsibilities
- Vendors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the information provided in their listings.
- Users submitting quote requests are responsible for providing clear and accurate project details.
6. Disclaimer of Liability: The Directory acts solely as a platform for connecting users with solar PV system installers and other service providers. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality, safety, or performance of any installer or service listed in the Directory. Any transactions or agreements between users and installers are solely between those parties.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the Directory’s website or other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Directory following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
